Who are we?
We are Scott & Kris, Scott is Australian born and raised, Kris is Chinese born but has lived in Cairns since 2011. Scott is very experienced in customer service and hospitality, Kris has a PhD in IT and is also experienced in customer service and hospitality.

We started with one spare room in our apartment and have been Airbnb Superhosts since 2015, making us one of the most experienced and highly rated hosting teams in the region.

We manage only a small portfolio of properties, including some of our own. This means we can focus more on your property and how to maximise your returns.
